Chicken Hashbrown Casserole

Dump some cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, salt and pepper into a large mixing bowl.

Add some chopped green onions, crumbled bacon and roasted red peppers to the bowl. Stir well.

Add some shredded chicken, hashbrown potatoes and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl.

Stir all of the ingredients together well.

Dump the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Bake for 50 minutes and then sprinkle shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions and roasted red peppers on top.

Continue baking until cheese is melted.
