Chicken Piccata

In a shallow bowl, mix some flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Take one chicken breast at a time and press it into the flour mixture to get it all covered. Shake it to remove any access.

Heat some olive oil in a large skillet and then add the chicken. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Add some broth, lemon juice and capers to the skillet and cook just long enough to heat the sauce.

Garnish with fresh chopped basil and lemon slices.
