Chicken Pot Pie with Bisquick

Dump cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder into a large mixing bowl.

Stir all of the ingredients together well.

Add some shredded rotisserie chicken to the bowl and stir until all of the chicken is coated in the soup mixture.

Add some frozen mixed vegetables and stir well again.

Dump the mixture into a greased 9 inch plate and spread it out evenly.

Dump some Bisquick mix, milk and an egg into a mixing bowl.

Whisk all of the ingredients together until no large lumps remain.

Pour the batter over the chicken mixture in the pie plate.

Place the pie plate in the oven and bake until the top is nicely browned.
