Chicken Taco Soup

In a large pot over medium-high heat, add oil; once hot add the onion, garlic, and jalapenos, and cook for 5 minutes or until the onion has softened.

Add some boneless chicken breasts to the pot.

Add some spices to the pot.

Add some corn, black beams, diced tomatoes, salsa and chicken broth to the pot.

Stir well and simmer for 25 minutes.

Remove the cooked chicken breasts from the pot and use two forks to shred.

Return chicken to the pot and stir well.

Ladle into bowls and garnish with crushed Tortilla chips, cheese, a quarter of a lime, and fresh cilantro.
