Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie

Start with a store bought 9 inch pie crust.

Dump some corn syrup and brown sugar into a large mixing bowl.

Add some eggs to the bowl.

Stir all of the ingredients together until the eggs are well beaten.

Add some melted butter, vanilla extract and salt to the bowl. Stir well.

Add some pecan halves and chocolate chips to the bowl.

Stir well.

Pour the mixture into the pie crust.

Place the pie in the oven and bake until the pie is nicely browned and the filling is set in the middle. 50 - 55 minutes.

Allow the pie to cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
