Pour instant chocolate pudding mix and milk into a large mixing bowl.

Mix with electric mixer until pudding is nice and thick. Add crushed chocolate Oreos and melted chocolate.

Mix all of the ingredients together well with an electric mixer. Add Cool Whip to the bowl and fold it into the chocolate mixture

Scoop the mixture into a store bought Oreo pie crust and spread it out evenly.

Dump some Cool Whip and cocoa powder into a mixing bowl. Stir well.

Spread the Cool Whip on top of the pie.

Sprinkle crumbled chocolate Oreos on top. Place in the fridge and chill for at least 2 hours.
