Cornflake Meatloaf

Pour ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, onion powder and brown sugar into a bowl. Stir well and set aside.

Dump ground beef, eggs, milk, crushed cornflakes, onion soup mix and some of the prepared sauce into large mixing bowl.

Use your hands to combine all of the ingredients well.

Press the mixture into a foil lined loaf pan.

Pour the remainder of the sauce over the meat mixture and spread it out evenly. Bake for 50 minutes.

Combine crushed cornflakes and melted butter in a bowl.

Once the meatloaf has cooked for 50 minutes sprinkle the cornflake mixture on top.

Continue baking the meatloaf just until the cornflakes are starting to brown.

Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes and then use the foil to lift it from the pan.
