Cream Corn Casserole

Dump frozen corn kernels and diced red onions into a large mixing bowl.

Add cream of bacon soup, garlic puree, onion powder, salt, pepper and shredded parmesan cheese to the bowl.

Stir all of the ingredients together well and then spread the mixture in a greased casserole dish. Place the dish in the oven to bake.

Beat an egg well in a mixing bowl.

Add some Ritz cracker crumbs, French's fried onions and melted butter to the bowl.

Stir well and add some shredded parmesan cheese to the bowl. Stir well again.

After the casserole has baked for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the Ritz mixture on top.

Continue baking until the topping is nicely browned.
