Cream of Mushroom Pork Chops

Lay boneless pork chops in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Sprinkle sliced onions and mushrooms on top.

Dump some cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and pork gravy mix into a mixing bowl

Stir all of the ingredients together well.

Spoon the soup mixture over the pork chops and spread it out evenly.

Place the baking dish in the oven and bake until the pork chops have reached an internal temperature of 145F.
