Creamed Corn with Cream Cheese

Add cream cheese and butter to a large saucepan over medium-high heat.

Add frozen corn to the pot.

Add milk, sugar and salt.

Stir continuously, breaking apart the butter and cream cheese as you stir.

Continue cooking and stirring until the cream cheese and butter have completely melted into a sauce.

Remove from heat and let stand for 10 - 15 minutes to thicken. Garnish with fresh parsley.
