Creamy Turkey Soup with Rice

Melt some butter in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Once the butter is melted add some flour to the pot and stir well. Continue cooking for a few minutes.

Add some condensed chicken broth to the pot and stir well. Add some milk and stir well again.

Add some long grain and wild rice and shredded turkey to the pot. Stir well simmer  for 12 minutes.

Add some salt, pepper, sage, onion powder and canned peas and carrots to the pot.

Stir well and continue cooking until the rice is tender.
