Crock Pot Apple Pork Chops

Place 4 boneless pork chops in the bottom of Crock Pot.

Dump red and green apple slices into a large mixing bowl.

Add onion slices to the bowl.

Add salt, pepper, dry mustard, thyme, garlic powder and cornstarch to the bowl.

Stir until all of the apple slices are coated in the cornstarch and seasoning.

Pour the apple mixture over the pork chops in the Crock Pot.

Place the lid on the pot and set it to cook on LOW.

Leave the pork chops to cook for 5 - 6 hours until they are fork tender.
