Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Pasta

1

Place some boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of a Crock Pot.

2

Pour some chicken broth, Buffalo sauce and Ranch dressing over the chicken breasts.

3

Cut a brick of cream cheese into cubes and drop the cubes into the Crock Pot.

4

Place the  lid on the pot and cook on HIGH for 2 hours. Then use tongs to transfer the chicken breasts to a cutting board.

5

Add some uncooked penne noodles to the pot.

6

Stir well and return the lid to the pot. Continue cooking on HIGH for 30 minutes.

7

While the penne is cooking, chop the chicken breasts on the cutting board.

8

After the penne has cooked for 30 minutes, add the chopped chicken to the pot and stir well.

9

Add some shredded cheese to the pot and stir well again.

10

Return the lid to the pot and leave it to continue cooking for about 10 minutes just to make sure the chicken pieces are heated through.

11

Add some chopped green onions and stir.

12

Serve and enjoy!
