Crock Pot Cheeseburger Soup

Cook a pound of lean ground beef in a large skillet.

Transfer the cooked ground beef to the bottom of a Crock Pot.

Add diced onions to the Crock Pot.

Add frozen diced hash browns to the pot.

Dump cream of mushroom soup and cheddar cheese soup into a mixing bowl.

Add chicken broth and spices to the bowl.

Whisk well.

Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the pot.

Cook on HIGH for 3.5 - 4 hours.

Add heavy cream and shredded cheese to the pot.

Stir well and continue cooking for 30 - 40 minutes.

Add chopped green onions to the soup right before serving.
