Crock Pot Chicken and Stuffing

Spray Crock Pot well with cooking spray and add some diced onions to the pot.

Add diced celery to the pot.

Place boneless, skinless chicken thighs in a single layer on top of the onions and celery.

Dump cream of chicken soup and water into a mixing bowl.

Add some water, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to the bowl.

Whisk well.

Pour the mixture over the chicken in the Crock Pot.

Pour some boxed stuffing mix on top.

Pour some melted butter over the stuffing mix.

Cook on HIGH for 4 hours.

Stir well, breaking apart the chicken.
