Crock Pot Chicken Stew

Dump 1 inch chunks of boneless, skinless chicken thighs into the bottom of the Crock Pot.

Dump potato chunks on top of the chicken.

Add sliced carrots, diced onions and frozen corn kernels to the pot.

Dump some cream of chicken soup, chicken gravy mix, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and ground sage into a mixing bowl.

Whisk all of the ingredients together well.

Add some chicken broth and heavy cream to the bowl.

Whisk well again.

Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the Crock Pot. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.

After 6 hours of cooking time, add a cornstarch slurry and stir well. Leave the stew to simmer and thicken for 15 minutes.
