Crock Pot Corned Beef

Place corned beef brisket fat side up into a 6-8 quart crock pot and sprinkle with provided seasoning packet.

Mix garlic and Italian seasoning with the beef broth and pour around the brisket until it is almost covered.

Cook on low for 5 hours and then quickly add the red potatoes, carrots, and onion. Cook for another 3 -5 hours.

Once cooked, remove the brisket from the crock pot and let it sit for 15 minutes before slicing it, to allow the meat to rest.

Garnish with parsley and serve warm with potatoes, onions, and carrots.
