Crock Pot Cowboy Casserole

Cook ground beef in a large skillet.

Use a slotted spoon to transfer the cooked ground beef to the Crock Pot.

Add some diced onions to the pot.

Add some sliced potatoes to the pot.

Add some cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes and canned corn to the pot.

Add some bbq sauce, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, onion powder and garlic powder to the pot.

Stir all of the ingredients together well. Place the lid on the Crock Pot and cook on HIGH for 5 hours.

Remove the lid and stir well.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top and continue cooking.

Continue cooking for 30 minutes to an hour.
