Crock Pot French Onion Chicken

Spray inside of Crock Pot well with cooking spray and sprinkle onions slices in the bottom.

Place boneless, skinless chicken breasts on top of the onions.

Pour some cream of chicken soup, onion soup mix and beef broth into a mixing bowl.

Whisk well.

Pour soup mixture over the chicken in the Crock Pot.

Place the lid on the pot and turn it on to LOW. Leave the chicken to cook for 5 hours.

Place some provolone cheese slices on top of the chicken.

Return the lid to the pot and continue cooking until the cheese is well melted.

Sprinkle some thyme and French's crispy fried onions on top.

Serve over cooked noodles or rice if desired.
