Crock Pot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

Place boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.

Pour chicken broth and garlic parmesan wing sauce over the chicken breasts.

Drop cubes of cream cheese on top.

Cook on HIGH for 2 hours.

Transfer the chicken breasts to a cutting board and shred them.

Add some penne noodles to the pot and stir well. Cook for 30 minutes.

Add the shredded chicken and some milk to the pot and stir well.

Add some shredded mozzarella and parmesan to the pot and stir again.

Stir some fresh chopped parsley into the pasta just before serving.
