Crock Pot Hamburger Potato Casserole

Cook ground beef and sliced onions in a large skillet until nicely browned.

Transfer the cooked beef and onions to the Crock Pot.

Add thinly sliced russet potatoes to the pot.

Add cream of mushroom soup, cheddar soup, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to the pot.

Stir all of the ingredients together well.

Cook on HIGH for 5 hours.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Continue cooking for 30 minutes to melt the cheese.
