Crock Pot Loaded Potato Soup

Add some frozen diced hash browns, diced ham, diced onion, garlic, cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, pepper and chicken broth to a Crock Pot.

Stir to combine the ingredients in the Crock Pot.

Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

During the last hour, add some cream cheese and cheddar cheese and cover again.

Stir thoroughly to mix in the cheeses.

Garnish with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
