Crock Pot Parmesan Garlic Chicken

Pour chicken broth, minced garlic, Italian seasoning and diced onions into slow cooker. Whisk well.

Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the pot. They may overlap slightly.

Drop cubes of cream cheese on top of the chicken breasts.

Place the lid on the Crock Pot and set it to LOW. Leave the chicken breasts to cook for 3 hours.

After 3 hours use tongs to transfer the chicken breasts to a plate.

Add  heavy cream, shredded parmesan and chopped parsley to the pot and whisk well.

Pour cornstarch slurry into the Crock Pot and whisk well.

Return the chicken breasts to the pot. Place the lid back on and continue cooking for 1.5 hours on LOW.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and chopped parsley on top of the chicken breasts and continue cooking to melt the cheese.
