Crock Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Dump chopped spinach into a Crock Pot.

Add chopped artichoke hearts to the Crock Pot.

Add some cream cheese and sour cream to the pot.

Add some shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese to the pot.

Add some garlic puree, minced onion, salt and pepper to the pot.

Place the lid on the Crock Pot and set it to cook on High for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

After 1 hour of cooking time, remove the lid.

Stir well, breaking up any large chunks. Return the lid to the pot for the remaining 30 minutes of cooking time.

After 30 minutes, stir well again.
