Crock Pot Taco Soup

Cook some ground beef and diced onions in a skillet.

Once the ground beef is cooked dump the ground beef and onion mixture into the bottom of a Crock Pot.

Add some chicken broth, Rotel, tomato sauce and corn to the pot.

Add some taco seasoning, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to the pot.

Stir all of the ingredients together well.

Place the lid on the Crock Pot and cook the soup on low for 4-6 hours.

Add some chopped green onions to the pot.

Stir well.

Ladle the soup into bowls and top with tortilla chips, shredded cheese and green onions.
