Crock Pot Tuscan Chicken

Pour cream of chicken soup, heavy cream, tomato sauce, parmesan cheese, sundried tomatoes, and garlic into a 6 - 8 quart Crock Pot.

Stir well.

Place boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a single layer on top.

Sprinkle Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper over the chicken breasts.

Cook on high for 3-4 hours. Sprinkle spinach leaves over the chicken in the Crock Pot and replace the lid just until the leaves are wilted.
