Easy Shrimp Fried Rice

Cook some shrimp in a large skillet. Use a slotted spoon to remove the cooked shrimp from the skillet and set them aside.

Add peas, carrots and onions to the skillet. Stir well and cook until the veggies have softened.

Push the veggies to the edges of the pan to form a hollow in the middle. Pour beaten eggs into the hollow.

Scramble the eggs until they are cooked. Stir the cooked eggs into the veggies mixture.

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and add cooked rice and soy sauce.

Stir all of the ingredients together and continue cooking for a few minutes to ensure everything is heated through.
