Easy Sweet Potato Casserole

Dump some canned sweet potatoes into a large mixing bowl.

Add some sugar, softened butter, an egg and heavy cream to the bowl.

Beat with an electric mixer until fully combined. Then stir in some vanilla, pumpkin spice, cinnamon and salt.

Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour the sweet potato mixture into the dish and spread it out evenly.

In a small bowl, combine some chopped pecans, flour, brown sugar and softened butter.

Sprinkle the pecan crumble mixture on top of the sweet potatoes in the baking dish.

Bake for 30 minutes in pre-heated oven, or until hot and bubbly around the edges.
