French Onion Chicken Casserole

Cook some diced onions in butter until golden brown.

Add some water and onion soup mix to the pot. Whisk well.

Add some egg noodles to the pot and push them around until they are all submerged in the liquid.

Place a lid on the pot and leave the noodles to cook for 7 minutes.

Add some cream of chicken soup, salt and pepper to the pot and stir well.

Add some shredded chicken to the pot and stir well.

Dump the mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Combine some shredded mozzarella, parmesan and French's fried onions in a mixing bowl.

Sprinkle the mixture over the ingredients in the baking dish.

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for additional 5 minutes.
