Fried Tacos

Dump some ground beef and diced onions into a hot skillet.

When the ground beef is fully cooked, drain the grease from the pan.

Add some taco seasoning and Rotel to the skillet.

Stir well and continue cooking until no liquid remains. Then remove the pan from the heat.

Lay some flour tortillas on the counter and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Spoon the meat mixture onto the tortillas.

Sprinkle more shredded cheese on top of the meat mixture.

Fold the tortillas to form tacos and use toothpicks to hold them together.

Drop the tacos into hot oil in a skillet. Cook until bottoms are golden brown.

Flip the tacos and brown the other side.

Transfer the tacos to a paper towel lined pan to soak up the oil.
