Frito Taco Salad

Brown some ground beef in a large skillet.

Once the ground beef is fully cooked, add water, taco seasoning, onion powder and salt to the skillet.

Stir well and continue cooking until all of the ground beef is coated in seasoning and no liquid remains in the skillet. Set the ground beef aside to cool.

Pour chopped iceberg lettuce, halved grape tomatoes, diced red onions, diced green bell peppers, shredded cheese and drained canned corn into a large mixing bowl.

Toss the ingredients together well. Add salsa and ranch dressing to the bowl.

Toss until all of the ingredients are coated in dressing. Add the cooked ground beef. Toss again.

Add Fritos corn chips to the bowl. Toss gently.

Top with additional shredded cheese, halved grape tomatoes and corn chips.
