Green Bean Artichoke Casserole

Dump softened cream cheese and sour cream into a large mixing bowl.

Use an electric mixer to cream together the cream cheese and sour cream until fully combined.

Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to the bowl and stir well.

Add cut green beans and artichoke hearts to the bowl.

Stir until all of the green beans and artichokes are covered in the cream cheese mixture. Break apart the artichokes as you stir.

Add shredded parmesan and mozzarella to the bowl and stir again.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes remove foil and continue baking until topping is nicely browned.
