Green Bean Casserole with Velveeta

Blanch green beans in a pot of boiling water. Drain and set aside.

In a medium saucepan combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, Velveeta cheese cubes, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Stir frequently until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.

Gently mix the blanched green beans with the cheese sauce until well coated.

Transfer the sauce and green bean mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar.

Top with French's fried onions.

Bake until heated through and the topping is golden and crispy. Top with parsley.
