Ground Beef and Broccoli Casserole

Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for 2 - 3 minutes.

Cook ground beef and diced onions in a skillet.

Add minced garlic and stir well.

Add alfredo sauce and Italian seasoning and stir well.

Remove the skillet from the heat and add the blanched broccoli florets. Stir.

Add shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.

Bake until casserole is bubbling and just starting to brown on top.
