Ground Beef and Potatoes

Heat some olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot add some frozen hashbrown potatoes to the skillet.

Stir and cook until the potatoes start to brown. Add some ground beef to the skillet.

Stir and cook until all of the ground beef is browned.

Add some frozen corn to the skillet and stir well. Add some diced bell peppers to the skillet and stir again.

Add some salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and mushroom soup to the skillet.

Stir well until all of the ground beef and potatoes are coated in mushroom soup.

Add some shredded cheddar to the skillet and stir until the cheese is melted.

Sprinkle some more shredded cheddar on top but do not stir.

Serve and enjoy!
