Ground Beef  Pot Pie

Cook ground beef and diced onions in a large skillet.

When the ground beef is cooked add frozen diced hash brown potatoes and mixed vegetables. Stir well.

Add cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper. Stir well.

Scoop the mixture into a deep dish pie crust.

Place a second pie crust on top and press together around the edges. Cut slits in the top.

Bake until nicely browned and then let rest.

Slice.
