Ham & Cheese Hot Pockets

Roll out 3 tubes of crescent roll dough and divide each tube into 4 rectangles.

Place 2 slices of cheese and about two slices worth of chopped ham on 6 of the rectangles.

Top each prepped crescent rectangle with the remaining crescent roll pieces and use a fork to crimp the edges of each pocket.

Bake the hot pockets for 15 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
