Ham Fried Rice

Heat some sesame oil in a large skillet. Add in some cubed ham, frozen vegetables and seasoning mix.

Stir well and cook until veggies soften. Add some cooked rice to the skillet.

Stir well and saute until rice begins to brown.

Add some cooked scrambled eggs and soy sauce to the skillet.

Stir well and continue cooking until eggs and rice and rice are heated through.

Garnish with fresh chopped green onions.
