Hamburger Hashbrown Casserole

Cook some ground beef and diced onions in a large skillet.

Once the ground beef is fully cooked some condensed cream of mushroom soup and milk to the skillet.

Stir until all of the ground beef is well coated in the soup mixture.

Transfer the ground beef mixture to a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Pour some melted butter, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder into a large mixing bowl and whisk well.

Add some shredded hashbrown potatoes to the bowl and stir well.

Add some shredded cheese to the bowl and stir again.

Spoon the hashbrown mixture on top of the ground beef in the baking dish. Bake until the hashbrowns start to brown on top.

Sprinkle some shredded cheese on top and continue baking just until the cheese is melted.

Remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes.
