Hawaiian Macaroni Salad

Cook and drain macaroni noodles.

Grate some carrot and yellow onion.

Transfer the macaroni noodles to a large bowl while they are still hot. Add some apple cider vinegar, grated carrot and grated onion to the bowl.

Stir all of the ingredients together well. Leave to cool, stirring occasionally.

Dump some mayo, milk, brown sugar, salt and pepper into a medium mixing bowl.

Whisk all of the ingredients together well.

Once the macaroni has cooled for 15 minutes, pour the dressing over the macaroni.

Stir until all of macaroni is coated in dressing.

Add some chopped green onions to the bowl and stir well again.

Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 3 hours before serving.

Stir the salad well one more time right before serving. Enjoy!
