Honey Garlic Chicken Sloppy Joes

Cook some diced onions and ground chicken in a skillet.

Once the ground chicken is fully cooked, add some honey, soy sauce, white vinegar, garlic puree, pepper and salt to the pan.

Stir well and bring to a boil. Add a cornstarch slurry to the skillet.

Stir well and leave the mixture to continue cooking for 2 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken.

Spoon the chicken mixture on to toasted brioche buns.

Top with mixed greens.
