Instant Pot Bacon Cheeseburger Soup with Potatoes

Set Instant Pot to Saute and add some butter or margarine to the pot.

Add some diced onions and lean ground beef to the pot.

Crumble the ground beef well as it cooks.

Add some water to the pot.

Add some frozen diced potatoes to the pot and spread them out evenly.

Add some cheddar cheese soup, cream of bacon soup, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the pot.

Pressure cook on HIGH for 1 minute and then quick release. Stir well and set the Instant Pot to Saute.

Add some heavy cream, chopped green onions, shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits to the pot. Stir well.

Leave the soup to simmer.
