Instant Pot Cheesy Buffalo Chicken and Rice

Saute chicken breast chunks in an Instant Pot.

Add condensed chicken broth and water to the pot.

Add some long grain white rice to the pot and gently spread it out until it is submerged in the liquid but do not stir.

Add some salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to the pot.

Add some buffalo sauce, diced celery and diced onions to the pot.

Pressure cook on HIGH for 6 minutes. Then quick release and remove the lid.

Stir the contents well.

Add some ranch dressing and shredded cheese to the pot.

Stir just until the cheese is melted.
