Italian Meatloaf

Dump some ground beef, eggs and bread crumbs into a mixing bowl.

Use your hands to combine the ingredients well.

Add some marinara sauce, shredded cheese, basil pesto, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to the bowl.

Use your hands to combine all the ingredients together again.

Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray. Press the ground beef mixture into the loaf pan.

Pour some marinara over the meat mixture and spread it out evenly.

Bake the meatloaf for 40 minutes and then remove it from the oven.

Sprinkle some shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Continue baking until the cheese on top is completely melted and the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160F.
