Lemon Pudding Sugar Cookie Bars

Pour lemon instant pudding mix, softened butter and eggs into a mixing bowl.

Cream together the ingredients with an electric mixer.

Add sugar cookie mix to the bowl and continue mixing with the electric mixer.

Press the cookie dough out onto a greased 10 x 15 inch cookie sheet.

Bake until the cookie bars are starting to brown across the top.

Allow to cool before slicing.
