Lobster Mac and Cheese

Cook cavatappi noodles. Drain and set aside.

Dump butter and garlic puree into a large pot over medium-high heat.

Once the butter is completely melted, add some all purpose flour to the pot.

Stir well and continue cooking until the flour mixture starts to brown slightly.

Add some milk to the pot and stir well.

Add some onion powder, salt and pepper to the pan.

Whisk until smooth and then bring the liquid to a boil.

Add the cooked noodles to the pot and stir until they are all coated in sauce.

Add some precooked lobster chunks and chopped chives to the pot. Stir well and continue cooking for 3 minutes.

Reduce the heat to low and add some shredded mozzarella, cheddar and Swiss to the pot.

Stir until the cheese is completely melted.
