Maple Pancake Breakfast Casserole

Place frozen hash brown patties in a single layer in the bottom of a greased, square baking dish.

Whisk together pancake mix, water and maple syrup. Pour the mixture over the hash browns in the baking dish.

Whisk eggs and cream together and pour over the pancake mixture. Sprinkle chopped ham and bacon bits on top.

Bake until the casserole is baked through and browned on top.
