Mexican Chicken Casserole

Dump some sour cream and taco seasoning into a large mixing bowl. Stir well.

Add some shredded chicken to the bowl and stir until all of the chicken is coated in the sour cream.

Add some Rotel and chopped green onions to the bowl. Stir.

Add some shredded cheese to the bowl. Stir.

Dump some cooked rice into the bottom of a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Spoon the chicken mixture over the rice in the baking dish.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Bake until the casserole is bubbling and then sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
