Mexican Street Corn Dip

Add some butter to an oven safe skillet over medium heat.

Add some garlic puree and diced red onions to the skillet. Stir well and cook the onions for a couple minutes.

Add some canned corn to the skillet and stir well. Add some chili powder.

Stir well and continue cooking for 5 minutes.

Add a brick of cream cheese to the skillet

Stir until it's completely melted and then remove the skillet from the heat. Add some sour cream and lime juice.

Stir well and then added some shredded cheese and crumbled feta.

Stir until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle more shredded cheese and chili powder on top.

Place the skillet under the broiler until the cheese on top is bubbling.

Sprinkle chopped green onions and feta on top.
