Pour crushed pineapple, sweetened condensed milk, whipped cream, shredded coconut, chopped pecans, chopped maraschino cherries, lemon juice, and vanilla extract into bowl. Stir well.

Add mini marshmallow and mini chocolate chips to the bowl. Use a spatula to fold them into the mixture.

Pour the mixture into a prepared graham crust and spread it out evenly.

Top the pie with toasted coconut and chopped pecans. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Top with whipped cream and maraschino cherries just before serving.
